35hl stainless steel tanks, undergone full of malolactic transformation and matured 14 months into 70% new oak of which 50% 228l, 50% 400l, 20% 2nd use 225l and 10% 3rd use 225l. Physically stabilised
Characteristics
Bold red fruits such as cherry and strawberry jams, spices and vanilla from the barrel leading to a mouth with tight tannins and great fruit concentration
Food Pairing
An excellent food pairing wine with cheesy pastas, mushroom risotto, roast chicken and pork or even a dry-aged steak, red meat, dishes with wine and dishes with tomato sauce
