Karadimos Estate has been a family owned and run business through the last 2 generations. Since 1997, under the instruction of Dimitris (Jim) Karadimos, co-owner and oenologist, we cultivate our grapes organically in order to ultimately express our vineyard’s attributes and characters. Every grape that we use in our bottles is always grown in our family owned vineyards because we believe that the quality of a wine begins with the quality of the grape that is used in the vinification process. During vinification we strive to combine the old and new traditional methods with contemporary scientific knowledge, as we believe that during winemaking, land and tradition make character and man makes quality.
